Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Zayrah by Stedora, we are committed to providing high-quality modest fashion and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before the item is shipped, whichever is earlier.

After Shipping:

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
  • You may be eligible for a return or refund under specific cases (see below).

2. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of fashion and hygiene concerns, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective item.
  • The product sent is incorrect or does not match your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video) of the issue.

Return requests can be sent to support@zayrah.stedora.comwith your order number and issue details.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If the item is unavailable for exchange, we will offer you store credit or a refund.

Non-refundable situations:

  • Items returned without prior approval.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wash.
  • Custom or sale items (unless defective).

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges due to size or style preferences. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.
